WLD Candidate Assessment Terms and Conditions

By participating in the WLD Candidate Assessment, you (the "Candidate") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure the responsible use of the assessment by Hireizon, Peak Talent Capital Solutions ("Peak"), and any employer utilizing the tool while maintaining transparency and fairness in the evaluation process.

1. Purpose of the Assessment

The WLD Candidate Assessment is designed to evaluate job-related traits, behaviors, and work styles to help employers make informed decisions about your potential fit within their organization. It is one component of a comprehensive hiring process and is not the sole determinant of employment outcomes.

2. Non-Discrimination Assurance

  • The assessment is compliant with all applicable anti-discrimination laws. It does not evaluate or discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

  • Employers using the WLD Candidate Assessment agree to apply the results in a fair and ethical manner.

3. Confidentiality and Data Use

  • Your assessment responses and results are confidential. They will only be shared with the employer administering the assessment and used for employment evaluation purposes.

  • Peak Talent Capital Solutions does not sell, share, or distribute your personal data or assessment results to third parties.

  • Employers utilizing the assessment are required to handle your data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and their own internal policies.

4. Voluntary Participation

  • Participation in the WLD Candidate Assessment is voluntary. You may choose not to participate; however, doing so may impact your evaluation as part of the employer’s overall hiring process.

  • By completing the assessment, you consent to the use of your responses and results as part of the employer’s evaluation.

5. Limitations of the Assessment

  • The WLD Candidate Assessment is a supplemental tool and does not guarantee employment or advancement. Results are intended to provide insights into your behaviors and potential fit, which will be considered alongside other factors such as interviews, resumes, and reference checks.

  • Hireizon and Peak Talent Capital Solutions are not responsible for employment decisions made by the employer based on assessment results.

6. Accuracy and Honesty

  • You are expected to answer all questions honestly and to the best of your ability. Misrepresentation or falsification of responses may negatively impact the evaluation process.

7. Amendments

  • Hireizon and Peak Talent Capital Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
