Custom
Business Referral

Refer a company in need of staffing solutions. When Peak successfully fills a role for them, you earn a custom referral bonus based on the placement level and engagement type.

Candidate Referral Payout Schedule

After your referred candidate completes 160 hours worked — or 45 days in a direct-hire role — you receive your first $50 payment. Paid through payroll if you are a current Peak employee at time of payout.

hours worked

After 320 hours worked — or 90 days in a direct-hire role — you receive an additional $50 payment, for a total of $100. Direct hire referral bonuses are paid only after client invoice satisfaction.
Eligibility: Referrals must be new to Peak's database and successfully placed on assignment or in a direct-hire role. Business referrals must result in a successful placement for a referral bonus to be paid.
