*Refer an employee (not already in our database) who works for Peak on assignment and your bonus will be paid after they work 160 hours and/or 320 hours uninterrupted. Refer an employee who is placed in a direct-hire (full-time) job and you will be paid 45 and/or 90 days after the start date at the client organization. If you are an employee at the time of bonus payout, your bonus will be paid on your next regular check. For direct hire referrals, the candidate must be successfully placed as a direct placement and the client must have satisfied the invoice for your referral bonus to be paid. Other restrictions do apply, so please contact a Peak representative for more details on our referral bonus program. Peak reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the referral program either in an individual case or in general, at any time and without prior notice.

How to Claim Your Referral Bonus

  1. Fill out the form below. Be sure to include your name and contact information as well.

  2. Once your referral has been interviewed and placed by Peak, you qualify for the referral bonus.

  3. After your referral completes 160 hours on assignment or 45 days in a direct-hire position - you'll be paid $50. After 320 hours or 90 days, you'll be paid an ADDITIONAL $50.
