The Peak Performance Incentive Program* provides Peak employees the chance to win weekly and monthly prizes based on their attendance and attitude.

If a Peak Employee works their designated schedule with perfect attendance and maintains a productive work ethic, their name will be entered into weekly drawings for prizes like $25 Visa gift cards. If a Peak Employee works their designated schedule with perfect attendance for the entire month, their name will be put into monthly drawings for great prizes or gift cards!

We also accept weekly nominations from Peak Clients for Employee of the Week and Employee of the Month!
