Founded by Mike Frazier — Augusta native, industrial-organizational psychologist, and one of the most experienced talent advisors in the Southeast — Mike Frazier has spent over four decades studying the behavioral science of human performance, and Peak — founded in 2005 — is the culmination of everything that experience produced.

The Tee It Up For Kids Golf Classic supports Child Enrichment, Inc. and Child Advocacy Centers throughout the CSRA — organizations that stand between vulnerable children and the worst outcomes imaginable. These are our neighbors, our students, Augusta's future workforce and future citizens.
