Our Story

Two Decades of Asking Better Questions About People

Peak was not built in a boardroom. It was built in hiring rooms, in factories, in offices — in conversations that revealed the difference between what people say they are and who they actually are under pressure. Founded by Mike Frazier — Augusta native, industrial-organizational psychologist, and one of the most experienced talent advisors in the Southeast — Mike Frazier has spent over four decades studying the behavioral science of human performance, and Peak — founded in 2005 — is the culmination of everything that experience produced.
