You select the candidate. Peak onboards and places them into a working interview with your team for at least four hours. Extend the session as needed until you have complete clarity on skill and behavior. Observe execution, coachability, pace, reliability, and culture fit while Peak shields you from payroll and liability.

This offering is for employers that already have a candidate. Peak handles onboarding, payroll, compliance, and risk during the trial. If you need recruiting, we will route you to a full-service engagement.

What liability shifts to Peak?

During the trial, the candidate is on Peak payroll. Payroll taxes, unemployment exposure, and workers’ compensation liability are carried by Peak. We also maintain compliance records including I‑9.

What intelligence is included?

We include I‑9 / E‑Verify and our MegaPath Behavioral and Attitudinal Assessment. You receive visibility into reliability, initiative, communication behavior, coachability, and stress posture.

How does billing work?

You receive 30 days to pay, which creates financial breathing room while the candidate proves themselves.
