This offering is for employers that already have a candidate. Peak handles onboarding, payroll, compliance, and risk during the trial. If you need recruiting, we will route you to a full-service engagement.
What liability shifts to Peak? +
During the trial, the candidate is on Peak payroll. Payroll taxes, unemployment exposure, and workers’ compensation liability are carried by Peak. We also maintain compliance records including I‑9.
What intelligence is included? +
We include I‑9 / E‑Verify and our MegaPath Behavioral and Attitudinal Assessment. You receive visibility into reliability, initiative, communication behavior, coachability, and stress posture.
How does billing work? +
