Employment Eligibility Verification
PeakVerify handles your I-9 and E-Verify compliance so you don't have to. One of only a few certified Designated Agents and Third Party Agents in Georgia — backed by 21+ years of workforce expertise.
Peak holds an active Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the SSA and USCIS — the federal certifications required to act as your Designated Agent.
What Is PeakVerify?
E-Verify is an internet-based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in conjunction with USCIS and the Social Security Administration. It allows employers to electronically verify the employment eligibility of every new hire.
Federal law requires all employers to verify the identity and work authorization of every new employee — including U.S. citizens — within three days of hire, using Form I-9. E-Verify takes that one step further by cross-referencing your I-9 data against government records in seconds.
For federal contractors and subcontractors, E-Verify participation has been mandatory since September 8, 2009. All federal contracts awarded after that date include a clause requiring use of E-Verify.
PeakVerify eliminates the complexity. We act as your Designated Agent, submitting verification queries on your behalf, managing all correspondence, and maintaining records — so your team stays focused on the work.
Official Certification
Peak Talent Capital Solutions is one of a select few companies in Georgia — and in the nation — registered and certified as both a Designated Agent and a Third Party Agent under the U.S. Government's E-Verify Program, authorized through the Department of Homeland Security.
We have signed the required Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with both the Social Security Administration and USCIS — the federal agreements that allow Peak to register employers and perform verification services for any company or client nationwide.
Why PeakVerify
The DHS onboarding process alone takes 2–4 hours per administrator and includes a mandatory mastery test. We've already passed it — for you.
Eliminates the requirement that your staff spend 2–4 hours completing the DHS online tutorial and mandatory Mastery Test before they can begin using E-Verify.
Results within one (1) business day of request. No waiting. No uncertainty. Your new hire is cleared — or flagged — before their first shift.
We provide SSA and DHS Tentative Non-Confirmation notices, referral letters, and all required follow-up documentation — and store copies for audit readiness.
All calls and information are held in strict confidence. Your data and your employees' data are handled with the same discretion we've built our reputation on for 21+ years.
An employer who verifies through E-Verify establishes a rebuttable presumption against knowingly hiring unauthorized workers. We help you build that shield, correctly.
Peak can provide a formal verification letter to any employee who successfully passes identity and employment eligibility screening — a document that protects both parties.
The Process
Four steps. One business day. Zero headaches.
One-time $112 enrollment fee. Peak registers your company as a client, assigns your E-Verify ID number, and provides your official compliance placards and documentation.
Your employee fills out Form I-9 on their first day, providing the required identity and work authorization documents. Federal law requires this within three days of hire.
We electronically submit the I-9 data to the E-Verify system, cross-referencing against 449 million SSA records and 80 million DHS immigration records. The Photo Screening Tool verifies document authenticity.
Results within one business day. If approved, you receive confirmation. If a Tentative Non-Confirmation (TNC) occurs, Peak provides all required notices and referral letters and guides resolution.

Cross-reference SSN against government databases to confirm identity and detect fraud before it enters your workforce.
Searchable public record access covering criminal history and civil court activity across jurisdictions nationwide.
E-Verify's biometric layer — matching photos on Employment Authorization Documents and Green Cards against 14.8 million DHS images to detect identity fraud.
Validate addresses, identify undisclosed assets, and surface information relevant to pre-employment due diligence.
As of May 5, 2008, E-Verify includes naturalization data — instantly confirming citizenship status for naturalized U.S. citizens and resolving SSA mismatches efficiently.
Access to license plate, VIN, and driver information — relevant to transportation, logistics, and field-based role screening.
Federal law mandates employment eligibility verification for all new hires — and E-Verify is required by law for certain employers. If any of the following apply to your business, you need to act now.
